10) Children

1) Acceptance of terms

2) Eligibility

3) Accounts & accuracy

You’re responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and ensuring information you provide is accurate and up to date. You are responsible for activity under your account.

4) Tickets, donations, and refunds

  • Tickets: Each ticket admits one person, subject to venue rules and capacity. We may require government-issued ID matching the ticket holder’s name.

  • Transfers: Ticket transfers may be allowed per platform rules (e.g., Eventbrite).

  • Cancellations/Postponements: If an event is canceled, we will issue refunds or credits consistent with the platform/venue policy. If postponed, tickets are typically honored for the new date; refund options will be communicated if applicable.

  • Refunds/Exchanges: Unless otherwise stated, all sales are final. Exceptions may apply for event cancellation, material changes, or as required by law.

  • Merchandise: Subject to posted return policies at purchase.

5) Event conduct & safety

We and our venue partners may refuse admission or remove any person for unsafe, disruptive, or unlawful behavior, without refund. Prohibited items follow the venue’s rules. You must comply with all posted health and safety protocols.

6) Communications consent

7) Intellectual property

All content on the Services (text, graphics, logos, photos, video, code) is owned by us or our licensors and protected by IP laws. 8) User content & publicity

If you submit content (e.g., comments, testimonials, photos) you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display it in connection with the Services and promotion of events, unless you opt out in writing. You represent you have the rights to the content you submit.

9) Third-party services

Our Services may link to or integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., Eventbrite, Stripe, Google, Klaviyo, Twilio). Your use of those services is governed by their terms and privacy policies. We’re not responsible for third-party content or actions.

10) Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied (e.g., merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement). We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

11) Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we (and our officers, directors, employees, and partners) are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services or attendance at events. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us for the applicable ticket or service in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD $100.

12) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

13) Changes to the Services & Terms

We may modify or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. The “Last updated” date shows the latest version.

14) Governing law & venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of state and federal courts located in Multnomah County, Oregon.

15) Severability & waiver

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver.

16) Force majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures due to events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., extreme weather, strikes, power outages, government actions).
